Welcome to Moula, a service provided by SAROMAN SERVICES SARL ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our financial stock portfolio tracking software ("Service"). By subscribing to and using our Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These Terms form a legally binding contract between you and the Company.

2. Subscription and Payment

Subscription Plans: We offer various subscription plans. Details of each plan, including features and pricing, are available on our website.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is required at the start of each billing cycle.
Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your access to the Service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day refund period from the date of purchase. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable. Contact us using the in-app chat while logged in to your account to request a refund.

4. Use of Service

License: Upon subscription, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.
Restrictions: You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices
- Reverse engineer or extract the Service's source code
- Create multiple accounts or share account access
- Interfere with other users' access to the Service
- Bypass payment systems or subscription requirements

5. Data and Privacy

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law principles, as SAROMAN SERVICES SARL is headquartered in France. This choice of law does not deprive consumers of the protection afforded by provisions that cannot be derogated from by agreement under the law of their habitual residence.
